2026 Northland Workforce Training Center Annual Awards Dinner

On Friday night, September 25, Northland Workforce Training Center hosted our Annual Awards Celebration at Rich Products.

Our signature fundraising event celebrates and recognizes the organizations and leaders who go above and beyond in supporting Northland’s mission and our students. This year, we were proud to honor New York Power Authority, National Grid, and Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield for their outstanding partnership and support.

We also proudly recognized team members who reached the five-year milestone with Northland, as well as recipients of the Joyce Brown Award of Excellence, honoring their commitment to teamwork, innovation, collaboration, integrity, and service.

The evening also featured a special fireside chat with Northland Workforce Training Center Ambassador and Buffalo Bills offensive lineman Dion Dawkins and NWTC President and CEO Stephen Tucker. Dion also joined us for some fun with a watermelon toss!

A huge thank you to all of our sponsors, honorees, team members, partners, and everyone who helped make this year’s celebration such an unforgettable evening. We’re grateful for your continued support and look forward to seeing you again next year!
